At Shooo, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Our Money Back Promise is a simple commitment: if your order does not reach you, you get a 100% refund. If it arrives damaged, we replace it free of cost. No complicated forms, no hidden conditions.

In these terms, "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Shooo, operated by Taru Essentials LLP. "You", "Your", "Buyer" refers to the customer purchasing products from the Shooo store at shooo.in. "Products" refers to the ultrasonic pest repeller devices and related items sold by Shooo.

Please read the following terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully to understand the scope of coverage and how to raise a claim. By placing an order with Shooo, you agree to these Terms.

1 What the Money Back Promise Covers

The Shooo Money Back Promise covers the following two situations:

  • Non-Delivery (100% Refund): You placed and paid for an order, but the product was never delivered to you, and tracking does not show successful delivery to your address. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Damaged on Arrival (Free Replacement): The product reached you in a physically damaged or broken condition that makes it unusable, caused during shipping or transit. We will replace the product free of cost. Our delivery partner will pick up the damaged product from your doorstep at no charge to you, and a replacement will be shipped within 3 days of the damaged product reaching us.
2 Eligibility Conditions

To qualify under this Promise, all of the following must be met:

  • The order was placed directly through the official Shooo store at shooo.in.
  • The payment was made online in advance (prepaid orders only). Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for the Money Back Promise, as no advance payment is collected.
  • For damaged products, the claim is raised within 6 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing photograph or video showing the damage.
  • For non-delivery, the claim is raised within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
  • The damaged product must be kept in its original condition and packaging until our delivery partner picks it up.
  • The information and proof you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
3 What Is Not Covered

The Money Back Promise does not apply in the following cases:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • A change of mind or no longer wanting the product after delivery.
  • The product works but did not meet personal expectations of performance.
  • Minor cosmetic marks or scratches that do not affect the functioning of the device.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, dropping, or incorrect use after delivery.
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel.
  • Tracking shows the order was successfully delivered to the address you provided.
  • Claims raised after the timelines mentioned in Section 2.

For issues outside this Promise, our standard Returns & Refund Policy and 6-month replacement warranty may still apply.

4 Proof Required for a Claim

To process your claim quickly and fairly, please keep the following ready:

  • For damaged products: A clear unboxing photo or video showing the sealed package being opened and the visible damage to the product or packaging.
  • For non-delivery: Your order ID and registered contact details. We will verify against courier tracking records.

An unboxing video is the strongest proof for damage claims and is highly recommended for all orders.

5 How to Raise a Claim
  1. Contact us within the eligible time window by email at hi@shooo.in or via WhatsApp, with your order ID.
  2. Share your proof (unboxing photo/video for damage, or order details for non-delivery).
  3. We review your claim and verify it against our records and courier tracking.
  4. For non-delivery: Once approved, a full refund is initiated back to your original payment method.
  5. For damaged products: Once approved, our delivery partner will come to your doorstep to pick up the damaged product at no cost to you. A replacement will be shipped within 3 days of the damaged product reaching us.
6 Refund & Replacement Timeline

For non-delivery (refund): Once your claim is approved, the refund is initiated within 3 to 5 business days. The amount is credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, or wallet). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For damaged products (replacement): Once your claim is approved, our delivery partner will schedule a pickup of the damaged product from your doorstep at no cost to you. A brand-new replacement will be shipped within 3 days of the damaged product reaching our facility.

7 Your Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the claim process.
  • Do not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith claims.
  • Preserve the product and its packaging until the claim is resolved, in case verification is needed.

Fraudulent claims or misrepresentation may result in rejection of the claim, recovery of any refund already made, and denial of future Money Back Promise coverage.

8 Final Decision

The eligibility and approval of every claim is determined by Shooo at its reasonable discretion, based on the proof submitted, courier records, and the conditions in these Terms. Our decision on each claim is final and binding.

9 Changes to This Promise

Shooo reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Money Back Promise or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Money Back Promise shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
